The fluoride tablets contain 1450ppm fluoride which is the same as a regular toothpaste.
Approximately one months supply for one person.
How to use
Chew a tablet until it turns creamy, brush your teeth with a wet toothbrush as usual, spit and done.
Once opened use within 12 months.
